sardines and eggs

Ingredients
1 can organic sardines, in olive oil
½ cup arugula leaves, shredded
Dash of sage leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 organic eggs, whole
How To
Place sardines in olive oil inside Instant Pot
Add arugula leaves and sage, season with salt and pepper
Make 2 wells on sardine mixture and crack open an egg on each well
Lock lid and cook on LOW fire mode for four hours
Serve and enjoy!
