¾ teaspoon of curry powder

½ a teaspoon of Italian herbs

½ a teaspoon of cumin

½ a teaspoon of onion powder

½ a teaspoon of crushed sunflower seeds

¼ teaspoon of garlic powder

¼ teaspoon of smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon of chili powder


How To



Add the listed Ingredients to the Pot

Lock up the pot the lid and cook on HIGH fire for ten to twelve minutes

Release the pressure naturally

Serve over rice or quinoa
