Cheesed Up Artichokes

Ingredients
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
4 washed artichokes, trimmed
¼ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
4 teaspoons olive oil
½ cup vegetable broth
How To
First we begin by spreading garlic and oil over artichokes, top with cheese
Then transfer to steamer basket and place it the steamer basket inside Instant Pot
Lock lid and cook on HIGH pressure for seven to twelve minutes
Quick release pressure
Serve and enjoy!
